    Background:

    • Graves' disease is an autoimmune disorder affecting the thyroid.
    • Ophthalmopathy is a common complication of Graves' disease.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To evaluate the efficacy of radiation therapy in treating Graves' ophthalmopathy.
    • To assess outcomes in patients unresponsive or intolerant to corticosteroids.

    • 14 patients with Graves' disease received 2,000 rads of radiation therapy.
