Embryonal carcinoma of testis in elderly men

A rare case of pure embryonal carcinoma of the testis in a man in the seventh decade of his life is presented. We believe this is the only reported long-term survivor of embryonal carcinoma of the testis in this age group. A review of the literature on germ cell testicular tumor in men sixty years old and over is also presented.
