Using the argon laser to cut corneoscleral sutures
Abstract:
The Coherent 900 argon blue-green laser can be used to cut pigmented corneoscleral sutures without damage to the overlying tissue. This is useful in tight corneoscleral sutures causing undue corneal astigmatism.
