    Purpose of the Study:

    • To determine the natural course of non-operated brachial artery thrombosis following cardiac catheterization.
    • To assess the changes in ischemic arm pressure index over a one-month period.
    • To evaluate the correlation between pressure index changes and symptom resolution.

    Main Methods:

    • Prospective follow-up study of 45 patients with post-catheterization brachial artery thrombosis.
    • Serial measurements of Doppler-derived pressure index in the ischemic arm.
