    • To evaluate the predictive values of seven hormonal parameters and ultrasound in women experiencing vaginal bleeding in the first half of pregnancy.

    • Specific hormonal profiles and ultrasound findings in early pregnancy have significant predictive value for pregnancy outcomes.
    • Certain combinations of hormonal levels and ultrasound findings, especially after week nine, are highly indicative of inevitable abortion.
    • Early detection of fetal life or normal hormone levels during specific gestational windows (weeks 6-9) strongly suggests a successful pregnancy outcome.
