|January 1, 1984
Abstract:
A case of impaired voiding efficiency and urinary retention after laparoscopic ventrosuspension a.m. Steptoe is presented. Symptomatic management was achieved by prescribing the alpha-adrenergic blocking agent phenoxybenzamine hydrochloride, but curative management was not obtained until neutralization of the ventrosuspension. Pathophysiological possibilities are discussed.
