    • To evaluate the safety, efficacy, and patient acceptability of surgical repair for Achilles tendon rupture using Bunnell's technique under local anesthesia.

    • A simple end-to-end suture repair using Bunnell's technique was performed.
    • The procedure was conducted under local anesthesia, with follow-up at four months.
