Group therapy with rheumatoid arthritic patients

A husband-wife co-therapist team, in clinical collaboration with rheumatologists of the Phoenix Arthritis Center, has instituted a brief inpatient group therapy program in an arthritis unit of a general medical hospital. Problems of initiating the group are presented. Both preliminary findings and research possibilities are discussed.
