Subcutaneous administration of noriamine S-2, a mixture of crystalline amino acids, and improved casein hydrolysate to rats on protein-free diet for 8 days completely made for protein insufficiency and did not materially affect the morphological appearance of liver tissue. in toxic hepatitis, administration of the above preparations improved liver function. However, the morphofunctional parameters did not completely return to normal.
