[Retrospective analysis of obstetric treatment in patients with surgically treated heart diseases]

Two wide case series of patients suffering from every type of cardiac acquired and congenital defect, who underwent a cardiosurgical operation out and during pregnancy, were followed up after operation about gestation evolution and delivery proceeding. The prognosis of patients has greatly improved.
