[Vascular supply of the spinal cord]

Occurrence, width and course of the radicular arteries and veins between the occiput and L3 level of the spinal cord were described. The diameter of the anterior spinal, posterior spinal, and posterolateral arteries, was also measured on the segments C2 to C6 and T2 to T10, and L2. Likewise the anterior and posterior spinal veins and the anterolateral and posterolateral veins were determined.
