[Temporary injection lesion caused by faulty communicaton between the dentist and his assistant]

As a result of incorrect communicaton between the dentist and his assistant, the injection of hydrogen peroxide during an infiltration anesthesia for a vital extirpation rsulted in temporary injury. A law suit for negligence could be avoided because of the patient's understanding attitude. The legal situtation related to this sort of incident was discussed.
