[Plasma-coated titanium screw as an endosseous implant; method of implantation and postoperative care]

A method of intraosseous screw implantation in an anatomically unfavorable and endentulous mandible was introduced. By rationalizing the technical procedure, it was possible to fit and load the implant immediately.
