[Ureteral injuries following translumbar aortography]

In the already scarce traumatic ureter pathology, beyond the scope of Gynaecology, we present a case, also iatrogenic, which although it is described as a possible complication in the performing of a translumbar aortography, is of unquestionable interest by virtue of its origin and subsequent evolution.
