[Iron enrichment of food products]

The paper concerns the enriching of food with iron, one of the most essential mineral component. Provides information on iron compounds applied for food enriching, methods of enriching as well as the effect of different iron salts on food properties. A number of relevant problems to be solved in future are discussed.
