Tensile bond strength of dental glazes
The Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry
|October 1, 1980
Abstract:
Adaptic Glaze and Finite exhibited higher tensile bonds strengths than Concise Enamel Bond and Nuva-Seal. This is probably due to inherent higher viscosity and strength properties of Adaptic Glaze and Finite rather than to differences in adhesive qualities of the various resins. Consequently, the observed occasional early clinical loss of glazes should not be attributed to poor tensile bond strength.
