[A special case: unusual remission of a diagnostically unexplained intracerebral process]
Abstract:
Diagnosis of space-occupying lesions of the brain has much improved since computed tomography is available. Nevertheless the differentiation between neoplastic and nonneoplastic lesions is still difficult. Some kinds of encephalitis may simulate brain tumors in the computed tomography scan. A case of unidentified intracerebral lesion with remission is reported.
