    This case study highlights an exceptional instance of Pyoderma gangrenosum in an 18-year-old female. Plasma exchange therapy rapidly healed the skin condition and stabilized Crohn's disease.

    Background:

    • Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is a rare inflammatory ulcerative skin condition.
    • Crohn's disease (CD) is a chronic inflammatory bowel disease.
    • Co-occurrence of PG and CD is uncommon, suggesting shared inflammatory pathways.

    Observation:

    • An 18-year-old female presented with unusual cervical localization of Pyoderma gangrenosum.
    • The patient also exhibited clinical and radiological evidence of Crohn's disease.
    • Additional diagnoses included benign monoclonal gammopathy and autoimmune hemolytic anemia.

    Findings:

    • Rapid healing of Pyoderma gangrenosum following four plasma exchange procedures.
    • Stabilization of Crohn's disease symptoms and activity.
