Abstract:
Pelivoureteric junction obstruction of the lower collecting system in incomplete ureteric duplication is a rare congenital anomaly. In our two cases, the connecting segment distal to the pelvioureteric junction was short and we performed direct pyeloureteral end-to-side anastomosis, without a splint catheter, with success.
