Penile revascularization for erectile disability

Vascular obstruction as a presumed cause of erectile disability is well documented, both in the large hypogastric arteries and in the smaller internal pudendals and their branches to the penis. Diagnostic methods are currently adequate for demonstrating arterial insufficiency and, perhaps, venous insufficiency. The results of the author's nine cases are described, together with the results and description of various procedures done worldwide.
