Closure of the donor site in hair transplantation by a cluster technique

A new method of management of donor sites in punch-graft hair-transplant surgery is described and illustrated. Other forms of management are discussed and the advantages and disadvantages of each method are presented. Cluster closure is a useful technique applicable in many cases of hair transplantation.
