Abstract:
The action of Prazosin, a hypotensive drug which has been found to possess excellent therapeutic qualities for the syndrome's asphyxial attacks through its sympathicolytic and arteriolar vasodilatation action, was studied in Raynaud's syndrome. The early clinical results were highly encouraging.
