[Rotational abnormalitites of the hip in children]

The revision of a course of documents allow the authors to state the course of the femoral antetorsion and to individualize retrotersion's cases. The study has ruled out sequelae of congenital hip dislocation. An approach of the X-ray's orientation of the acetabulum is tempted to appreciate its part in the rotation's anomalies of the hip. At last, the surgical directions are stated.
