Baccalaureate level education in radiologic technology: results of a survey
Abstract:
A survey of baccalaureate level programs in radiologic technology was undertaken. The survey sought to elicit information by observing as many aspects of each program as possible in an effort to present to the academic community a summary of the current approaches to upper division education in the profession. The results suggest a cetain lack of uniformity in educational technology, which may well be indicative of the modifications in, and redefinition of, the role of the baccalaureate radiographer in view of the rapidly changing field of radiology itself.
