[Traumatic amputation of the testicle. Successful reimplantation using microsurgery (author's transl)]

A case of traumatic amputation of the left testicle with complete avulsion of the spermatic cord in a three year old boy is presented. A successful reimplantation was performed using microsurgical technique. We believe this is the first case reported in the world Literature.
