    Summary

    Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) diagnosis is aided by sensitive immunological markers. Fluorescent anti-nuclear antibody (FANA), complement components C3 and C4, and anti-double stranded DNA (anti-ds DNA) antibodies are key indicators for early SLE detection and disease severity assessment.

    Background:
