    • This represents the second documented case of Pasteurella ureae septicemia in an adult.

    • Pasteurella ureae, though uncommon, can cause severe systemic infections, including septicemia.
    • This case underscores the importance of considering rare pathogens in severe infections, especially in patients with underlying conditions like liver cirrhosis.
