    Summary

    Double internal drainage using transduodenal papillosphincterotomy and supraduodenal choledochoduodenostomy offers favorable outcomes for benign bile duct lesions. This surgical approach resulted in low lethality and high rates of good to satisfactory long-term results in 122 patients.
