Summary

Post-polio syndrome (PPS) patients show larger motor units, indicated by increased macro electromyography (EMG) amplitude, correlating with reduced isometric strength. Motor unit stability, measured by jitter and blocking, did not correlate with neuromuscular function in PPS.
