Summary

Continuous cold-compression therapy significantly reduced swelling, pain, and analgesic use after anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction compared to traditional ice therapy. Patients using the Cryo/Cuff system experienced improved range of motion and functional recovery.
