  • Childhood LyP may have a higher spontaneous resolution rate than adult LyP.
  • Despite potential resolution, pediatric LyP patients remain at risk for lymphoma, necessitating long-term monitoring.
  • Establishing clear follow-up guidelines for childhood LyP is essential for early detection of secondary malignancies.
