Background:

  • Removable partial dentures (RPDs) are commonly used to restore chewing function.
  • Assessing the true impact of RPDs on masticatory performance requires robust evaluation methods.

Purpose of the Study:

  • To compare chewing efficiency with and without RPDs using multiple objective and subjective measures.
  • To determine the intraindividual differences in masticatory performance in RPD users.
