Summary

Polyethylene glycol based bisacodyl suppositories (PGB) significantly reduced bowel program (BP) time in spinal cord injury (SCI) patients compared to hydrogenated vegetable oil based bisacodyl suppositories (HVB). PGB offers a faster, more effective defecation experience for neurogenic bowel management.
