[The Work-Help Centers, psychopathology, and psychiatry]

Because of a thirty three years personal experience, the author first analyses all the mentally handicapped persons helping structures. Then he points out the preponderance of the C.A.T. (social integration, specially french structure) because of their lighting up atmosphere, and the fact they put up with every cases. Those almost original para industrial structures are interested in productivity and wage earning, however, they partially keep their psychopedagogical aim with the guarantee of the psychiatrists. These specialists have also a formative role with the managers, and a mediator between one all the involved persons in C.A.T. With the mentally handicapped persons they are listening quietly and helping them to express their feelings. So those places are also an help for a normal life and a prevent against most of the psychiatric problems.
