[Evaluation of congenital cardiopathies]

In this article, the different MRI methods used for the evaluation of congenital heart diseases are described and the role of this technique in complement to the other classical methods such as echocardiography and cardiac catheterization. Description of the MRI techniques is first realized, then the contribution of MRI in different types of congenital heart disease is specified with emphasizing of the specificity of the method in each case, particularly in complex diseases.
