[Study of work nature and work time spent in nutrition hygiene by the sanitary physician]

Labor matter and duties of physicians and middle staff at hygiene of nutrition were studied and distribution of working time of these workers were analyzed. The examination were carried out in 5 district's centers of State sanitary-epidemiological inspection system in Moscow's region.
