Abstract:
Environmental hazards attract a lot of media attention with many patients aware of these as a possible cause of their illness. This article provides an overview for an approach to this type of problem and reinforces the fact that considering the possibility is the first step in management. A specific disorder is often not identified and treatment is aimed at symptomatic relief.
