Journal writing as an adjunct for neutralizing dental fear

Both the entire dental team and the patient benefit from neutralizing dental fears. As an adjunct to other methods of reducing fear, having the patient keep a journal through the treatment period can bring fears into focus and aid in their treatment. One such journal is presented.
