Abstract:
The current treatment results for lung cancer clearly call for improved therapy and also for careful selection of patients for the treatment options from which they are most likely to benefit. A detail knowledge of prognostic factor is important for achieving these goals. By the stratification of the important prognostic factors, the clinical study can be assessed properly. In this report, prognostic factors that established hitherto, clinicopathological factors, molecular biological factors are reviewed.
