[Modification of the method of determining medium mass molecules]

The routine method for assessment of the content of medium-mass molecules includes in the measured value the molecules with molecular mass of more than 20,000, as well as macromolecules. The suggested modification helps leave out the macromolecules from the sample and appreciably, by more than twofold, increase the relative count of medium-mass molecules.
