Another routine case: gunshot trauma

This case study describes the surgical repair of noncomplicated gunshot wounds in a young man. The preoperative assessment and surgical procedures, including bullet retrieval, is given. A systematic routine for handling emergency gunshot wound patients is shared as intraoperative nursing is described. Direct cost of this surgery to the operating room is explored.
