[The macromolecular factors of Ca2(+)-dependent cell adhesion in the liver]

Macromolecular adhesion factors have been obtained which differed from the previously obtained ones. They are acidic glycoconjugates with the molecular mass about 20-40 kD, which are capable of forming macromolecular aggregates and are located in the periphery of cell surface. After subdivision and purification of the mouse liver extract two-adhesion-active fractions were isolated, which changes the viscous-elastic properties of the liver tissue at extra low concentrations: 10(-13)-10(-17) M.
