[Primitive neuroectodermal tumor of the uterus--a monophasic differentiated mixed Mullerian tumor?]

Primitive neuroectodermal tumours of the uterus are exceedingly rare. Only ten cases have been reported so far. A further tumour in a 63-year-old women is presented here with clinical and morphological results. The relationship to the mixed Mullerian Tumour is discussed.
