[Multifocal status and malignant transformation of pleomorphic adenoma]

A rare case of multifocal and malignant pleomorphic adenoma in 60-years--old male is presented. Its diagnosis was made on the basis of the case--history, clinical picture and biopsy. The clinical course and therapeutic tactics are briefly described. The conclusion of prognosis in this pleomorphic adenoma form is difficult.
