This author anonymously recounts her experience of discovering that her assistant head nurse was addicted. After being confronted and counseled, the nurse began treatment, and after 6 months, she was able to resume work at the hospital. The article points out what to be aware of regarding drug addiction in coworkers and what to do if you suspect someone.
