[Registration and inspection systems within the community with special regard to the ANIMO system]

This paper gives an overview of existing and planned electronic data exchange programs in the field of the public veterinary services. Especially the following systems are described: ANIMO, SHIFT, TSN, IDES, data-base on identification of bovine animals.
