Summary

Arterial grafts, including the right internal thoracic artery (RITA), left internal thoracic artery (LITA), and right gastroepiploic artery (RGEA), demonstrate superior patency rates in coronary bypass surgery compared to saphenous vein grafts (SVG). RGEA exhibits structural advantages for CABG.
