Abstract:
Audiences want presentations that are organized, factual, and clear, and delivered by dynamic, caring speakers. To attain this goal requires practice of the process by which the speaker connects with and assists the audience in meeting personal and professional objectives. The outcome for the audience is new ideas and skills. The outcome for the speaker is a new competence in sharing the vision of health and health care with others.
