Maxillofacial hemangiomas in young infants can be effectively detected and treated at prophylactic health centers before the tumor progressively grows, this helping do without hospital treatment. Individual methods of treatment and the most rational strategy with due consideration for the tumor shape, size and site can be chosen and the group of patients with spontaneous regression singled out and followed up.
