Abstract:
Twelve cases of presumed ectopic pregnancies were successfully treated with intramuscular methotrexate. Importantly, these patients were managed with no surgical intervention and without hospitalization. Criteria for selecting such patients is described, as well as treatment and follow-up protocol.
